In order to process vendor formatted data without manual conversion, MS-Convert) needs to be installed and added to PATH.

Install from Source

via commandline:

git clone https://github.com/e-stan/DecoID.git
pip install DecoID/src/.

Install from pip (recommended)

via commandline:

pip install DecoID
